Tier 2: Guided Journey Package

- Sherpa attends your cancer-related appointments as an advocate on your side
- Sherpa helps to ask questions and clarify options on your behalf
- Pre- and post-appointment briefings to make sure all concerns are being addressed
- Sherpa dedicated solely to maximizing the patient's quality of care
Tier 3: The Sherpa Way
Includes Tier 1 and 2 Services PLUS . . .
- Sherpa manages a family and friends communication program for you
- You establish a communications circle for periodic updates regarding your status, next steps, or whatever you choose to communicate
- Sherpa will email or mail updates to your group; at your request, with the level of information you choose, and with the language you approve
- Sherpa will gladly field responses from family members, reply to their questions, and respond to their suggestions
- Sherpa is available to lead family group meetings to discuss treatment options.
